The Challenge
Before opening its doors in 2016, Novus Spine & Pain Center was a brand-new practice with no existing marketing assets. The challenge was to build a complete digital presence from the ground up and establish Novus as the leading pain management clinic in a competitive Florida market. The primary objective was to generate new patient leads and drive foot traffic through a comprehensive SEO and social media strategy.
The Approach
Our first step was a thorough examination of competitive analysis, which involved assessing the strategies employed by top-ranking local and regional competitors in areas such as website design, SEO, and social media. Armed with this insight, we developed a professional brand identity, starting with the logo, and designed a custom, SEO-optimized WordPress website.
To capture the local market, we built and optimized their social media presence across key platforms, with a special focus on their Google Business Profile for their local SEO. With the foundational assets in place, we launched a multi-channel growth strategy, including consistent monthly national and local SEO campaigns, engaging social media content, and targeted Facebook ad campaigns.

We built immediate trust by prominently featuring Dr. Torres's expertise, patient testimonials, and the clinic's "Best of Central Florida" awards.
Every element was intentionally designed to guide users from learning about their options to easily requesting an appointment, turning the website into a compassionate and effective first step toward relief.
Content Marketing
We developed a content marketing strategy to amplify its reach and engage potential patients across the channels where they spend their time. We systematically repurposed our in-depth articles into compelling social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn, establishing Novus's authority and driving traffic back to the site.
Beyond sharing articles, we created a stream of custom social content—from educational graphics to patient success stories—that built a community and kept the clinic top-of-mind. Facebook campaigns layered on top of our organic efforts allowed us to promote key services and high-performing content to precisely defined local audiences, accelerating lead generation and ensuring our message reached the people who needed it most.
SEO and AI Search
With the goal of achieving search engine dominance, we developed a dual-pronged SEO strategy from the ground up. Locally, we optimized for high-intent keywords to capture patients actively seeking pain management in Central Florida. Nationally, we established Novus as an authority in the field by developing a deep library of content that answered the real-world questions patients were asking about specific conditions and advanced treatments.
